Plastic pallets have a one-step molding manufacturing process rather than wood pallets which are built by using nails and pieces of lumber
Disadvantages of Plastic Pallet:
The expense of plastic pallets is greater than wooden pallets
If damage to a plastic pallet occurs, it is not a simple process to repair. The pallet would have to be melted down and remolded
